What is LUSCENCE ?
LUSCENCE is the name of INAX original bidet toilet seat which offers superior cleansing and more comfortable cleansing as well. It is designed so that it can be used by installation on the existing toilet. LUSCENCE has additional functions and features. <top>

Can I install it myself?
You can install LUSCENCE by  yourself  following the steps described in our installation manual. Remember that you will need to provide a 110VAC GFI outlet near the toilet and a water line to supply water to the body. <top>

Is LUSCENCE hygienically safe?
An auto cleaning mechanism, which automatically cleans the tips of both the shower and bidet spray nozzles before and after each use, is provided. In any case, if you press the nozzle-cleaning switch, the nozzles can be cleaned again whenever desired. <top>

 

What kind of maintenance is needed?
Body: Dampen a soft cloth and wipe off the LUSCENCE. For stubborn spots, dip a cloth in a diluted solution of dishwashing detergent, wring it out thoroughly and wipe the LUSCENCE with it. If a neutral dishwashing detergent is used, wipe it off completely afterward with a cloth dipped in plain tap water.
Nozzles: Basically, maintenance is done by auto-cleaning mechanism. If necessary, pull them out and scrub them with a small brush. <top>

Is LUSCENCE safe?
The user's safety is assured by the use of the following types of device for each function. Warm Water:
(Washing water) The warm system has five safety features. The warm water tank has a thermistor sensor and a thermal fuse. In addition, a high temperature sensor switch prevents hot water spray, a float switch and overturn sensor switch prevent the heater from operating when the water tank is empty.

Heated Toilet Seat: The toilet seat's temperature is detected by a thermistor sensor and controlled by an internal heater.

Dryer: The heater is equipped with a thermal fuse, which functions to cut off power to the heater if overheating occurs.

Self-stop: There is a self-stop function to automatically stop operation after the shower and bidet sprays have operated for 2 minutes and the dryer has operated for 4 minutes.

Toilet Seat Sensor: This sensor prevents the shower, bidet and dryer from operating if nobody is seated on the toilet seat. This prevents people from getting wet by mistake. <top>
