INAX WARRANTY

INAX warrants to the original purchaser that the INAX Luxury Lavage LUSCENCE will be free from defects in workmanship and material for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. If this product fails from such defects within the warranty period, return the product to the retail shop where you purchased it and present them this warranty certificate. Your product will be repaired free of charge. This is your exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty.

This warranty does not apply in the following situations:

1. The product was not installed, used or maintained in accordance with the Installation and use manual and the Caution label affixed to the product.
2. The product has failed as a result of being dropped, misused, abused, modified, or improperly repaired, cleaned or maintained.
3. Water other than tap water was used.
4. The product was subject to Acts of God such as floods and fires and adverse environmental conditions such as abnormal water pressure, freezing water, and undue condensation.
5. Consumable parts that wear out such as packing, fuses, batteries, etc.
6. If a properly filled out warranty certificate is not presented to the retailer.
7. Warranty service outside of the U.S.

If the Product Registration card has not been filled out and returned within 10 days of purchase, the above warranty may not apply.

Replacement parts will be kept in stock for 6 years after production has stopped.

Limitation of Liability

INAX disclaims any liability for special, indirect, incidental and consequential damages such as, but not limited to, damage to your residence caused by failure of a defective product and costs you incur in removing and reinstalling this product from your residence.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
