We have received much helpful information from our users. This page contains some of these useful tips. Please feel free to contact us with your own tips if you feel you have additional suggestions. Please read this page carefully before contacting us as you may well find that your questions are answered here or on the page entitled HOW THE LINER BAGS WORK.

This liner was invented so you can feel free at all times. To realize the liner's full potential, change it often so you will always have that feeling of freedom! You can also use a filter with much success.

1. Use normal steady pressure when you blow into the liner in order to fill it out.

2. A piece of vinegar soaked tissue inserted into the pouch helps to keep the pouch fresh and clean.

3. When applying the pin holes as designated in the area of the drawing above, the number of holes can vary ( 3 or 4) depending on your own situation. The pin holes let gas escape into the pouch allowing full use of pouch air volume.

4. If you feel that there is too much material at the top of the liner when spreading the liner evenly around the pouch opening, you can cut some of the material off the top of the liner so as to customize the top to suit your needs. You will soon find the right amount to remove to make this movement easier for you.

5. Another very helpful tip is, after placing the liner into the pouch, push your first and second fingers into the liner, spread them apart like a ( V ) shape, now hold the bottom of the pouch in the other hand and push the liner to the bottom of the pouch. Now hold the bottom of the pouch in one hand and remove your fingers from the pouch, while at the same time spreading the liner to the sides of the pouch as you remove your fingers. Now blow the liner out as per instructions. You can also fold the top of the liner back when placing the liner into the pouch.

6. Place a little liquid soap on a cotton swab and spread it lightly around the inside of the pouch ring when you change your wafer. You will find it much easier to apply the new pouch and liner onto the wafer. If you are out-and-about, a little water around the ring will do fine.

7. You can, before flushing, take the liner in thumb and finger at the point marked (X) on the drawing above and tear it apart, then flush the liner, this action assists in an empty liner at the end of the line resulting in a more efficient liner operation. It also helps to defeat weak flush toilets.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: There is a pin pack included in boxes of 300 liners. Use this pin to push the gas escape holes through the liner. If you are an ileostomy user one hole should be plenty. Start with one or two holes and increase if necessary.

THE GREATEST DEFENSE AGAINST ODOR IS ALWAYS AN EMPTY POUCH !!

CHANGE YOUR LINER OFTEN.

NOW HAVE CONFIDENCE AND SECURITY AGAINST DISASTER!!
