In connection with our customers' orders, we collect personal information in order to process and fulfill their order, and to provide customers with information regarding their order. In addition, we may share or disclose such information in order to conform to or comply with legal requirements, to protect the rights of C&M Ostomy Supplies or to act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of C&M Ostomy Supplies personnel.

C&M Ostomy Supplies appreciates your business and promises that we will continue to do whatever it takes to provide you with the highest quality products and service. To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not bill Medicare or other insurance plans.

Shipping & Delivery

We take great care in packaging our products; therefore any damaged shipment must be reported to us immediately. We will make every effort to replace any damaged item and ensure your satisfaction. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. All damaged merchandise must be returned in the original package. We pride ourselves on fast service and shipping. All items have a nominal shipping and handling charge. We ship regular mail and will ship next day or priority mail only with approval on the extra shipping charges. We must be notified at the time the order is placed if you wish to have any product shipped other than regular mail.

Returns

We will only accept exchanges for an incorrect size belt product. We will NOT accept exchanges on any item if it has been used or damaged. Pouch covers are custom manufactured and are NOT returnable. Pouch covers are also classified as underwear. There is absolutely no refund on purchased pouch covers. The only exception to this policy is in the event of a manufacturing defect or the covers do not fit your bag as a result of an error on C&M Ostomy Supplies design created from your submitted measurements and bag type. In this event, we will be more than happy to replace the cover(s). If any product is returned for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original package. No product will be accepted for exchange once it has been worn next to the skin. Please assure fit of Pouch Support belt size and GARD belt products by trying on over clothing. The Colo-Majic liners are NOT returnable. Please note that we have a "no returns" policy if any product was delivered according to specifications. However, should any shipped product be defective, you may then return it to us and we will be happy to replace it. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Prior to returning any product, please either e-mail us at info@cmostomysupply.com, contact us by phone at 954-234-7120 or fax us at 954-476-6122 to obtain a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.
